16-year-old Dar returns to her kibbutz seeking her lost dog amid a terror spree, navigating horrors while encountering the unfolding disaster beyond the fence, caught between those seeking revenge and those keeping faith in humanity.
The screening will be followed by a converstion with musician Yuval Semo and director Dani Rosenberg, moderated by Shani Kiniso, a member of Kibbutz Be’eri who survived the massacre with his family.

This event is part of “The Intangible Cinema Project,” founded in response to a manifesto written by Shani Kiniso titled “For an Intangible Cinema – A Call to Israeli Filmmakers.” The initiative is led by Shira Hevron, Yahel Kabiri, Lia Dekel, and Avigail Hadad.
The project produces panels, screenings, and events exploring how Israeli cinema can grapple with the horrors of October 7. It highlights the urgent need for immediate creative responses to overwhelming trauma and pain, aiming to bring the catastrophe into the forefront of Israeli artistic discourse and to foster a deeper, long-term cultural reckoning.
