In an era where video is both the opium of the masses and an arena for subversion, in an era where we are all on our phones 24/7, sound and editing play a crucial role in shaping political consciousness. From soundtrack, volume and tone to memes and narration – in this talk by Reut Inbar we will see how all of these become political tools that create a narrative, and what shapes the soundtrack of a historical period.
Reut Inbar is an independent political commentator in the "Yalla Tikva" protest project and an occasional musician.
