Sukkat Chalal Festival – The Movie
The premiere of a brand-new version of the “Sukkat Chalal” documentary, which delved into a two-day underground rock festival that took place a decade ago, on the Sukkot holiday of 2013, in which 22 ambitious bands played their hearts out at the Gagarin club in south Tel Aviv.
This film takes the viewer backstage with Kfir Rimoch, the producer of the festival, on a herculean mission to put on a great show while dealing with the police, with crowd issues, with problematic bands and with his own band, The Giant Lizards from Nibiru Planet.
The film shows the exciting and free-spirited Tel Aviv underground rock scene. Featuring live performances by Vitarti, Inga Dingo, The Crotches, The Great Machine and many more.

Sukkat Chalal’s stars Jeki and Rimoch are a couple in life and in music. They have been through it all in the psychedelic rock scene in Israel, playing in inspiring bands like The Pickles, The Giant Lizards from Nibiru Planet and Botimzog!, reaching a peak when opening for Alice Cooper in Israel in 2016.
Then they moved to Europe, and have been doing the festival circuit ever since.
To our delight, Rimojeki are coming for a short visit to Israel to bring us a taste of their European festival dust and an ultimate display of glam-space-rock with a fresh drizzle of rave beats and psycho video-art illusions.
