Length 89 , UNITED KINGDOM / GERMANY (2018) Director: Victor Kossakovskyשפה: ENGLISH, RUSSIAN AND SPANISH, HEBREW SUBTITLES

Elusive, shifting and changing without warning, calm one moment, raging and destructive the next—water is the star of Victor Kossakovsky’s latest film. The acclaimed Russian filmmaker journeys around the world following the shape and enormous force of water, and throws the viewers into a viscerally thrilling experience. Kossakovsky’s films are poetry in motion. When he films icebergs in Siberia or Greenland, collapsed dams in California, hurricane rains in Florida, or giant waterfalls in Venezuela, his camera takes our breath away. With rare, astounding camera angles, it casts us into the depths, floats us gently up to the surface, sends us spinning uncontrollably into cascading sheets of rain, and then hurls us off a cliff in an eddying current. Through all of it, the world feels alien, majestic, and almost devoid of people.
